[MERGE] Merged branch holding a cleaning of code for mail.alias
installation hook for res.users and hr.recruitment
is now delegatede to mail.alias, using the
migrate_to_alias method. The purpose is to
set the alias_id column as required even if
the models are already present in the DB.
Behavior has not been modified; this branch
is only about some code relocation in mail.alias
to avoid duplication.
